Yesterday (8-8-25) we experienced an outage with our TV service that ultimately was an issue with our DNS.
In order to get your TV service back online, you will NEED to program your box. (If you are local and unable to do this, please reach out to us, and we will get you on the schedule to get you reprogrammed ASAP)
Here are the programming Instructions:
Open the TV app
Press the Back Button to open your TV Guide
Press Left twice, and scroll down to settings.
Scroll down and select playlists.
If your playlist is already programmed to http://fptv.xyz:80 you DO NOT NEED to continue. Your service should be working.
Select the current Playlist, and delete it.
You should then see a button on the screen that says add playlist
Select XStream Codes
Enter the login information below, and select next.
You will be prompted with "Playlist Downloaded" select next again.
After a brief loading time, your TV service will resume.
