You can now update your rDNS in real time, without the need to contact support.
visit https://billing.freepacket.co/clientarea.php?action=services to see your active services, click on the VPS/Dedicated you wish to manage, and you will now see fields on the lower half of the page to enter new rDNS Details.
Keep in mind that to update the rDNS, the domain must already be pointed to the IP.
